Ceramic lithographs are used to decorate pottery whiteware, and are fired in a kiln to temperature around 750 degrees fahrenheit. At this temperature, the glaze on the ware melts and the lithographic transfer bonds to the body. These lithographs can also be used to decorate windows and furniture: In fact, they will adhere to almost any smooth, non-porous surface.
